My Story

Health and fitness have been important to me since my school days, but my wellbeing journey really took flight when I moved to London after university – and like many newcomers trying to find their bearings in the big smoke, I joined a gym!

MY JOURNEY FROM FASHION AND TEXTILES TO A WELL-BEING COACH

I found a wonderful new community which would prove to be an invaluable source of mental and physical resilience, and I later embarked on a personal training course with encouragement from an instructor.

Now, I equip you to achieve your physical and mental fitness goals, with my own unique programmes that help combat deep-rooted issues like anxiety and depression, and where you can discover the tangible benefits of regular exercise and positive self-talk no matter what stage you’re at in your wellness journey.

MY PHILOSOPHY

● Get fit for the right reason: to ‘boast’ your confidence, increase self-love, and improve your physical and mental resilience.

● Treat yourself with kindness-physical fitness is just one aspect of a healthy wellbeing, and your inner self-talk is also hugely important.

● Kill it in the gym- but be gentle with yourself outside of it.
