A 6 Week practical course empowering you to be in charge of anxiety by using exercise and self-talk
- On this six-week practical course, you are empowered to get in control of anxiety by using exercise and positive self-talk.
- At the start of each session, you are guided through a 30-minute workout, followed by a 30-minute positive self-talk session.
- Personalised advice throughout these sessions is provided, journaling is strongly encouraged, and you will get a phone-call to check on how you are doing at the end of each week.
- Sessions are either 1:1 or in a group of a maximum of 4 people.
