- On this six-week practical course, you are empowered to manage depression by using exercise and positive self-talk.
- At the start of each session, you are guided through a 30-minute workout, followed by a 30-minute positive self-talk session.
- Personalised advice throughout these sessions is provided, journaling is strongly encouraged, and you will get a phone-call to check on how you are doing at the end of each week.
